Hello, By now I'm certain that many of my readers well be aware of the current pandemic happening around the globe. For myself, I have been trying to keep up with the news and the latest information regarding the virus and how to keep myself and my loved ones safe. Depending on where you are in the world, there may be a lot of concerning measures being taken including quarantine or isolation recommendations and travel bans.
It is completely normal to be feeling a range of emotions during this situation, including feelings of anxiety, stress or even physical symptoms like an upset stomach or headaches.
Although it is important to keep up-to-date with the latest recommendations from health or political officials, it is also extremely important to take care of your own well-being in this uncertain circumstance.
Please know that you can reach out to me (I read every single email that lands in my inbox) and that there are crisis lines and support services in most countries (I will share some links below). It is especially important that in a time like this, although we may need to isolate or work from home, that we come together and support each other with compassion and understanding.
My thoughts are with you and your family for an abundance of health, safety and happiness.
