So you may or may not remember from earlier this year, but my wife (& daughter) started her own YouTube channel on home decor.😉😉
Why, you ask?
Well, the inside of our house looks like a boujee masterpiece that I had nothing to do with.
Anyway, she's been doing really well lately with the channel and just passed 1,000+ subscribers earlier this month. Thanks for your support!😉😉
She also has several videos with thousands (sometimes tens of thousands) of views, and is averaging over 40,000 views per month (!!!)
But... the burning question that I'm sure you're wondering right now is:
"Cool - is she actually making money?"
And the answer to that is yep.
As a side hustle enthusiast myself, it's been really interesting to watch someone start a YouTube channel from scratch, build it up, and then monetize it.
So if you've ever wondered if starting a YouTube channel is a viable way to make money - I'd say the answer is a definite yes.
It does take a lot of upfront work for several months, but it seems like her channel is starting to grow exponentially at this point.
It wouldn't surprise me if she is making a full-time income by the end of next year.
(That's my bold prediction, anyway).
So all in all - my retirement plan of living off that sweet influx of YouTube money seems to be coming to life.
I'm so happy.
But now to the point of this email:
The real reason I'm sending you this is that my wife shared a really cheap/amazing meal that we eat all the time when we need to feed a bunch of people.
And with Christmas & New Years literally right around the corner, I thought it would be cool to share that recipe with you.
So if you like good food...
... and you need something fast and easy for the holidays to feed a lot of humans...
