Hey, Eek, it's a busy week, but in the best way! We had a nice weekend getaway and took a three (3) hour road trip over to Memphis and crossed a few things off our bucket list of things to do in Tennessee. We learned about the history of the Blues and Elvis, walked the famous Beale Street and ate BBQ. We stopped by the Lorraine Hotel where Martin Luther King jr. was shot and then watched the famous ducks swim in the Peabody Hotel. Who knew, but there was a small but nice Tina Turner museum located in her childhood town along the way, so we checked that out. Also went to a train museum! The main part of our trip was to attend a church event to meet Willie and Korie Robertson from the Duck Dynasty, which was amazing. 🦆🦆🦆 We went to Graceland, to pay homage to the King, even though it's already been checked off the list (with intention to skip it). We definitely did a lot and as I re-read the list of things we did above, I feel like we are...old. But I love history and learning about things, so it was GREAT! Now it's back to being on a schedule. Here's the main thing happening this week for me! Pinterest VA is open for enrollment. We only open this program to the public once in the fall and once in the spring!
