The reason is, we do not store CVV codes, it is illegal for us to do so, and the temporary Visa Processor we are using cannot process an order without the CVV code.
If this is the case for you, please login to your account, go to the billing page and re enter your credit card information including the CVV and click "SAVE". By doing this, the system will send your credit card information to the Processor including the CVV, and your autoship should work the next time it runs.
Please know that if your order declined, you can place a non-autoship order.
