IMPORTANT NOTES about the New Processor:

- It is currently going through a process called descriptor populating.

- Billing descriptors are the way a company's name appears on a credit card statement and is set up when the merchant account is established. It is used by the credit card customer to identify who a payment was made to on a particular transaction.

- Our new processor said that in the first 7 days it is NORMAL that only 70% process.

- The 2nd week only 85% process... and after that close to 100%.

- The New Processor has asked if you get a Visa Decline to attempt it 2 more times (do NOT do it more than 3 times). If it did not work after 3 times, simply call us at 707-449-4567 or email support@myctfo.com and we will be glad to help!

-This processor is worldwide and will be one of CTFO's Lifetime Processors. 

- CTFO's System is so robust that it if the first processor does not accept a credit card, in nanoseconds, it goes to the next processors to attempt the order. This dramatically improves the rate of approved transactions. 

- While CTFO now has 3 live processors, more are still being added.
